here is a great app that allows you to watch flash content on your iPad. It uses similar technology to skyfire where uses the servers to load the flash. Now this does unfortunately come with some disadvantages like your web page working like it would on the desktop however it is manageable. Also it allows you to watch hulu and other video sites that skyfire and Frash don't support!
