Wirelessly Sync your iDevice (Mac/ PC)

Now that iOS 5 has been out for a couple of weeks I figured some people got comfortable with the new features. I know I still fiddle around with the features trying to see what is different or just trying to see how it works. Well one of the features I forgot about was wireless sync for the iOS 5 devices.
